Unde livrăm

Livrăm în toată România și în țările din tabelul de mai jos. Costul se calculează automat la checkout, în funcție de țara aleasă.

Procesarea comenzii

Pregătim și predăm coletul curierului în 1–2 zile lucrătoare de la confirmarea comenzii. Termenele din tabel se adaugă după predare. Primești pe e-mail numărul de urmărire al coletului.

Plata

Poți plăti online cu cardul (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Plata este procesată de Stripe; noi nu avem acces la datele cardului.

Pentru livrările în afara Uniunii Europene pot apărea taxe vamale sau TVA de import, stabilite de autoritățile țării de destinație și plătite de destinatar.

Colet deteriorat

Dacă ambalajul pare deteriorat la primire, verifică produsul în fața curierului și cere întocmirea unui proces-verbal. Apoi scrie-ne cu poze și numărul comenzii.

Dreptul de retragere (retur)

Conform OUG nr. 34/2014, ai dreptul să te retragi din contract în termen de 14 zile calendaristice de la primirea produsului, fără să justifici decizia.

Cum returnezi

Ne anunți în cele 14 zile: pe e-mail la [EMAIL] sau în mesaj pe Instagram, cu numărul comenzii. Poți folosi formularul model de mai jos, dar nu este obligatoriu.
Trimiți produsul în cel mult 14 zile de la data la care ne-ai anunțat. Costul transportului pentru retur este suportat de tine.
Produsul trebuie să fie în starea în care l-ai primit, nepurtat, nespălat și cu eticheta byMarfă atașată. Răspunzi de diminuarea valorii produsului rezultată din manipularea lui dincolo de ce e necesar pentru a-l verifica.

Rambursarea

Îți returnăm contravaloarea produsului și costul livrării inițiale standard în cel mult 14 zile de la primirea notificării de retragere, prin aceeași metodă de plată folosită la comandă. Putem amâna rambursarea până primim produsul înapoi sau până ne trimiți dovada expedierii lui.

Produs neconform

Dacă produsul primit nu corespunde descrierii (altă mărime, defect nemenționat), scrie-ne în cel mai scurt timp cu poze. În acest caz suportăm noi costul returului și îți returnăm integral banii.

We ship across Romania and to the countries in the table below. The cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the country you choose.

Order processing

We prepare your parcel and hand it to the courier within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. The delivery times in the table apply after hand-over. You'll receive the tracking number by email.

Payment

You can pay online by card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is processed by Stripe; we have no access to your card details.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import VAT may apply. These are set by the authorities of the destination country and paid by the recipient.

Damaged parcel

If the packaging looks damaged on arrival, check the product in front of the courier and ask for a damage report. Then message us with photos and your order number.

Right of withdrawal (returns)

In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

How to return

Let us know within the 14 days: by email at [EMAIL] or by message on Instagram, with your order number. You can use the model form below, but it isn't mandatory.
Send the product back within 14 days of the day you notified us. The return shipping cost is paid by you.
The product must be in the condition you received it — unworn, unwashed and with the byMarfă tag attached. You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Refunds

We refund the price of the product and the initial standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or until you send us proof that you've shipped it.

Non-conforming product

If the product you receive doesn't match the description (different size, undisclosed flaw), message us as soon as possible with photos. In that case we cover the return cost and refund you in full.
